Djokovic wins exhibition against Zverev before the start of the Australian Open

Novak Djokovic and Alexander Zverev battled it out for a set on Rod Laver Arena during the "A Night with Novak" exhibition evening.

The two men, who haven't played each other since the Cincinnati Masters 1000 in 2023, played out a set that went to a tie-break.

In the end, Djokovic got the better of his opponent 7-6 in the tie-break.

The two players exchanged a few friendly points during a set lasting almost an hour (see the video of the whole set below).

Djokovic and Zverev, both placed in the lower half of the draw, could meet in the semi-finals of the tournament in two weeks' time.
