The greatest era of tennis ever

The Big 3! As it’s always been (nothing against Murray, but he’s struggled to keep up with these guys). I always thought the Big Four was a bit of a British invention, tbh ...

What a era for tennis! So beautiful, such greatness!

Amazing. Djokovic is younger than Nadal and Federer so who knows, he might over take them

Cililc and Delpo are lucky enough to win a slam in this era

Big 3, big 4, big 5 doesn’t matter. These guys are a class apart. Best era is tennis. ?

Brilliant guys. The Big and best 3 ?

Not much age difference between Rafa and Novak really - depends if they can stay fit like Roger has. Anything is possible with these guys though.

Andy Murray is a great player but he is far behind the big 3.

Wawrinka isn’t even close to Andy except for slam tally

Isn't the Big 4 an old term from when Murray and Djoko were both still decidedly second-best? So pre-2011? Back then Djoko held one Slam and Murray 0, so it was fair enough to lump them together.
However, I agree that one should either talk about the big three, or alternatively the big 5. If Murray counts woth three Slams, I think Stan should also be given credit.

If Novak can have a few good years, he could end up at about 16/17. He missed a few ones in the past which he could have won, then he could have made it to 20.

There is one Master 1000 that he needs to win, then he is the only player who has won every M1000 at least once, but I cannot remember which one it is.

@Anniedav. Yes, collectively the whole of the UK colluded to make "Big 4" a thing! :)

It appears to have first been coined in the US press and is necessary when referring to the [hold your tea barrel] Big 4 having dominated World #1 for so long.

I think i'd be an idiot to suggest Murray is at the same level as the Big 3 but in his own right deserves to be referenced.
