I'm neither depressed nor sad," Rune gives an update
On his social media, Holger Rune posted a photo of himself on crutches and wanted to share an update on his health condition. The Dane suffered an Achilles tendon rupture in Stockholm and underwent surgery.
He states: "Green light to get back on a plane. On my way to Monaco. Thank you to everyone in Denmark who helped me during the first weeks. I am more than grateful to you.
I miss tennis enormously, but I feel neither depressed nor sad. I am focusing solely on my goal: to come back stronger than ever. I look forward to seeing you all back on the court. The first chapter of my rehabilitation is finished, the next one is about to begin.
