Adrian Mannarino's adventure at the US Open ended in the round of 16, where he was defeated by Jiri Lehecka. Thanks to this performance, the Frenchman will find himself on the verge of the Top 50 in the next ATP rankings.
In an interview with L’Équipe, Mannarino expressed satisfaction and motivation following this achievement: "It's super motivating. If the results keep coming and my body holds up, I'd be happy to keep going.
It's a sport I love, a life I enjoy. I had some great moments again during this tournament, shared time with people I appreciate. It refuels the engine.
When you string together bad results, you wonder how you're going to bounce back. And when you get good results, you tell yourself there's no reason for it to stop.
