I've decided it was time for a change," Tiafoe announces parting ways with his team
Frances Tiafoe has already ended his 2025 season. Having fallen back to 29th place in the world rankings, he hasn't won a match since his second round at the US Open on August 28th.
On his Instagram account, he made his season's end official and announced upcoming changes. He states: "The 2025 season ended early this year for the kid. It wasn't the season I hoped for, but I learned a lot on and off the court.
I want to warmly thank my team. I've been with these guys for several years. We shared incredible moments that I'll remember for the rest of my life.
That said, I've decided it was time for a change. I sincerely appreciate the love, energy, passion, and brotherhood. It was a fantastic experience and the future holds even bigger and better things for all of us.
I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds for me and I'm ready to give it my all. Thank you for all your love and support throughout this journey. The best is yet to come.
