Après un 1er set catastrophique face à Avanesyan, la Française s'est ressaisie dans le 2e mais un nouveau passage à vide de 12 points lui a été fatal. La Russe, 134e mondiale, jouera à 20 ans son tout premier 3e tour en Grand Chelem.
