Sans Gauff ni Pegula, les États-Unis auront malgré tout une belle équipe, emmenée par Keys et Kenin, de retour à de très bons niveaux, mais également de Collins, Stephens et Townsend, dans la poule de la République Tchèque et de la Suisse.
