Moutet Falls in Final Round of Washington Qualifiers
The qualifying rounds for the ATP 500 in Washington were heavily disrupted by rain. Corentin Moutet saw his match interrupted on Saturday against Karue Sell and had to return to the courts the following day to finish it.
After finally winning 6-4, 6-2, the Frenchman was set to play the final qualifying round against Yibing Wu right after.
Unfortunately for him, despite taking the first set, he lost with a score of 4-6, 6-4, 6-4.
