Three days before the start of the event, the group draw was held this Sunday in Jeddah.
Tien and Basavareddy know their fate
Learner Tien, the tournament's top seed and last year's finalist, finds himself in the blue group alongside three newcomers: Martin Landaluce, Nicolai Budkov Kjaer, and Rafael Jodar.
In the red group, Nishesh Basavareddy, now coached by Gilles Cervara, will face Alexander Blockx, Dino Prizmic, and Justin Engel.
The group stage matches will be played from Wednesday to Friday, with the semifinals on Saturday and the final next Sunday.
