On the subject of his title in Monte Carlo, Rublev remembers above all "the view from the hotel balcony".

Last year's winner Andrey Rublev was on hand for the draw for the Monte-Carlo 2024 Masters 1000.

Superstitious, the Russian didn't want to be present during the ceremony (he doesn't want to know the identity of his potential opponents beyond his 1st round). But he did make an appearance after the draw to talk to Marc Maury about his feelings.
