Rune rebuilds his confidence in Basel before trying to defend his title in Paris.

Out of form since Wimbledon, the world no. 6 came out on top mentally against Etcheverry, in the 3rd set tie-break after 2 hours 39 minutes. His collaboration with Becker already seems productive.
