As the Indian Wells tournament is about to begin, the Sunshine Double will continue from mid-March in Florida, more specifically in Miami.

For the men, it will be the second Masters 1000 of the season, while for the women, it will already be the fourth WTA 1000 in 2025.

The tournament organizers have already announced the ATP circuit players who will receive an invitation to participate in the main draw.

Three American players have received a wild card. Learner Tien, who ultimately entered the main draw at Indian Wells after Nicolas Jarry's withdrawal, will also be in Miami.

Eliot Spizzirri and Christopher Eubanks are the two other American representatives who will join the draw. The other two wild cards have been awarded to Wu Yibing and Federico Cina.

As for the women's draw, Petra Kvitova and Sloane Stephens, two former Grand Slam champions and past winners in Miami (in 2023 for the Czech, in 2018 for the American), are in line with the Indian Wells tournament and will participate in the Miami tournament, along with Ajla Tomljanovic, Tyra Grant, Alexandra Eala, Victoria Mboko, and Sayaka Ishii.

The 2025 edition of the Miami tournament will take place from March 16 to 30 and will aim to find successors to Jannik Sinner and Danielle Collins.
