There is more competition and excitement in women's tennis than in men's tennis

Nick Kyrgios shared his thoughts on the state of men's tennis and compared it to the current state of women's tennis. According to the Australian, there is far too little competitiveness outside of Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner.

He stated: "Tennis is pretty boring right now, to be honest. There isn’t much competition. I’ve watched, analyzed, and commentated on matches.

The level of play is incredible, but there’s more competition and excitement in women’s tennis.

Emma Raducanu vs. Aryna Sabalenka was an amazing match, just like Amanda Anisimova vs. Sabalenka.

These matches were more intense and closely contested than the men’s—it’s for these kinds of moments that we watch the sport.
