Tsitsipas falls in the second round!

Le 04/07/2024 à 21h53 par Elio Valotto
Tsitsipas falls in the second round!

It's often said that you shouldn't talk too much before you play. Unfortunately for Tsitsipas, he did just that and can now bite his fingers off.

Displaying huge ambitions at his press conference, the Greek finally fell in the second round to an excellent Ruusuvuori (7-6, 7-6, 3-6, 6-3).

Without playing badly (20 aces, 51 winners, 38 unforced errors), Tsitsipas lacked cutting edge in the important moments and is therefore already on his way out.

For his part, Emil Ruusuvuori reaches the third round, where he will face Frenchman Mpetshi Perricard.
