The passion of Chinese fans for the Serbian player is almost unmatched. Last year in Shanghai, exceptional security measures were put in place to manage the fans' enthusiasm.

The Serbian was seen crossing through the crowd with about ten bodyguards by his side. An impressive image that highlights the popularity Djokovic has gained over the years in Chinese territory.

It must be said that China is a country that has been rather successful for the former world number one, having won the Shanghai Masters 1000 four times and the Beijing ATP 500 six times.

Tomorrow, at 38 years old, he will aim for a sixth final in Shanghai by challenging Valentin Vacherot.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
