Andrey Rublev and Ben Shelton were facing off in the quarterfinals of the ATP 500 in Basel in 2024.

But the match started late, due to smoke present in the Basel hall that reduced visibility for the players.

Shelton was trying to wave it away with his towel, in a desperate attempt, under the amused eyes of Rublev.

Ultimately, it was the American who won the duel 7-5, 6-7, 6-4.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
