Charleston rewarded once again, Cincinnati delights the players
Regarding the WTA 500, the Charleston tournament, highly appreciated by the players who participate, was logically rewarded. It wins the WTA 500 of the year award for the fourth consecutive year.
Finally, Cincinnati was designated by the players as the WTA 1000 of the year. The tournament had undergone major transformations on its site this season. Despite the stifling heat that prevailed and weakened the players, the event had also won this distinction for the ATP tour.
