Ons Jabeur announced this Thursday that she is taking a break from her career, following several months during which she expressed struggles in returning to her best form.

The Tunisian, highly regarded by her fellow players on the tour, received numerous supportive messages in the comments of her posts on Instagram and X (formerly Twitter).

Badosa: "Habibi! I love you and you're going to be so missed."

Garcia: "Take care of yourself, Ons."

Billie Jean King: "Sending you our support and wishing you a restorative break. You’ll come back stronger than ever."

Anisimova: "We love you."

Stephens: "Sending you love and big hugs."
