Zverev Returns to Davis Cup After Two-Year Absence: A Major Boost for Germany

Two years after his last appearance, Alexander Zverev is making his grand return to the Davis Cup. The world No. 3 will lead Germany against Argentina in a campaign where he hopes to bring a title to his country.
The Davis Cup finals will be held from November 18 to 23 in Bologna, Italy. On this occasion, the top players from each qualified nation will be present, such as world No. 1 Carlos Alcaraz with Spain.
For Germany, which faces Argentina in the quarterfinals, Alexander Zverev will also be part of the action. The world No. 3 and Australian Open finalist will play for his country's colors for the first time since 2023. He will follow up just days after the Masters tournament in Turin.
