We can hope for Jodar's continued improvement and hope he one day reaches the level of being a challenge to Sinner and Alcaraz. For me that hope is attenuatted. Even in my short life I've seen fat too many up and coming players who never consistently rivaled the top players.

In the past 5 tournaments, how many 3 set matches has Sinner played? He hasn't had any competition that has really put him through any kind of strain. Barring having a horrible day he can't play his way out of, I think he has a cake walk to the FO trophy.
