The first accusers case was closed because of lack of evidence. The second settled out of court. Only the two individuals involved in each case know the truth, but their truth from their perspective. All have motives to lie because a great deal of money is at stake for all involved. One can cherry pick and subjectively weigh facts to support or condemn the accuser or the accused. The court of public opinion is notoriously subjective. Bottom line is one's own principles. Innocent till proven guilty? Due process? Always believe the victim ... even with a lack of evidence? Life is far from black and white. So many shades of grey. Emotionally mature people know this and deal with it.
