That girl is a quick learner - after her loss in qualifying she said she had never played hard indoors - and after the 1R win - how she had learned to adjust to that ... and her she is :-0

A huge reason I said it will be embarrassing for Kiki is because Coco is overhyped as it is - Kiki will get dragged as people hype the teenager. Coco was a luck loser after all

Honestly no reason Gauff can't win this tournament at this point. Bad loss for Bertens in the WTA point race.

She has another 2 tournaments to get a few wins if she really wants it.

Serena hardly plays Year End Tournaments nowadays, she could easily have taken a rest after the Asian swing, but I see how she wants 8th spot on merit.

But Serena doesn't need the money, she just wants a few more majors.

@Kwakspur The reason they do not have that prize - whoever wins their RR group games and thee finals gets 4.7 million - is because they know Djokovic can do it. Which is why the prize is so pandering and fake. Maybe it is a way to avoid so many 3 setter matches like last year. If someone does do that and wins that money every year I doubt the tournament could sustain it, they do not make nearly as much as the ATP final.
