Venus is the first African American to be ranked number one in the world. And she was a dominant tennis star winning 4 majors in 15 months time. Even Naomi has not been able to duplicate that!
And Venus has defended multiple majors which is the truest test of a Great. Many players can win majors but can those slams be defended the next year. That takes dominance.
