What a preposterous and ludicrous argument stating that federer has reigned supreme for 237 weeks just because nadal and Djokovic were young. Didn't anyone see imperious Federer's forehand which can bury the opponent's in a rally? Federer's tactical acumen, movement, volleys, dropshots, mentalstrength are so impeccable that none of the opponent's have any answers for it. I daresay Federer would have dominated the men's game even if djoker would have been at his best during Fed's hey days. Who can forget a majestic Federer halting djokers 43 match winning momentum by outclassing him in the French open semifinal? And also to all the Feds haters, Federer had a stranglehold on year-end at world tour championship until Djokovic took guard. Feds forehand and movement are a pale shadow of his former self.Let Djokovic emulate Federer in the grandslam tally, then we can talk about his chances of being "GOAT" . Rodlaver, sampras, McEnroe have heralded fed as the greatest of all time due to his flashes of brilliance which can be unmatched by any player.

The digital era of tennis: stakes and influence of social networks on players
Arthur Millot 27/12/2025 à 11h26
Social networks have opened an unprecedented era for tennis: one in which notoriety is built as much on the court as on Instagram. But how far can this quest for visibility go without shaking the players’ balance?
