I guess he practiced for clay in the off-season so he is playing great even on slower courts this year... If he maintains the same form he ll really do well on clay and win Wimbledon this year... After Indian wells final defeat people din't expect much from roger in Miami since its slow courts but he is rocking here more than Indian wells.... The level of roger is getting increased every match

First 2 time titlist of 2019 on either tour, 101 titles closing in on 1200 match wins. But I have to admit, I'm gutted the tournament ended the way it has for John. However, I'm absolutely over the moon that Justin is unhappy.

I know he will really be flawless in clay because he is coming back fresh after 4 years. He loves clay and got the movements to finish points quickly or defend like crazy. Vamos Roger!

I'll be honest here and say that I'm extremely wary of isner. Last they played was in the laver cup where Isner had a match point and almost defeated fed. And before that in Paris where Isner won. And he's in great form rn. Though roger can pull this off if he returns well and makes Isner move

What I felt recently Roger is giving good performance in slightly slower courts... This excited the possibility of Roger doing well in the clay season.

His game is definitely transitioning well on slower, he’s staying in the rallies and making very few unforced. GO FED

Also though to note it’s hardly a surprise, he was the second best clay court player in the world for many years....would have been the best at that as well had he not been in the era of Nadal...
