Vishruth, you are thinking of Troicki. He refused to take a test and was suspended for 16 months. Cilic was tested and found to have an illegal substance in his system. He apparently took it by mistake and he was suspended for 3 months.

Both Angie and Andy had their hopes slashed today sadly for both. They both fighters but Andy had no fuel in the tank to think straight against an inspired cilic. But over a 5 set match at the next slam he would not have same opportunities

Cilic wasn't banned because he was on drugs. Apparently he refused to take a blood test which he was then banned for. He may have been on drugs who knows but that's not why he was banned.
