Some people dont like Andy and thats cool... But to say he wont be remembered in five years is just plain stupid. Come on Andy... Time to be No.1

Haters gonnae hate. Makes no difference to Andy, water off a ducks back. Another step closer to WORLD No 1 :)

Pumy Dladla
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhjhhhhhjj I am so happy. Slowly getting close to number 1

Murray at the moment totally deserves number one. Well they used to talk about the big 4. Likely because they were consistently there for such a long time. Are we now looking at the big 2? People that have a go at murray are simply doing so because they don't like him at a personal level (although they even know the guy personally). His will to win or not to lose accounts for his antics on court and this is what drives him to win. It may not look pretty but it has surely to be respected. He's a true sportsman. And at the end of day you can only beat who's in front of you and at the moment he is beating everyone.

And since when has getting the No 1 spot been dependent on beating your closest rival? Federer held No 1 for ages despite being Rafa's bunny. I rest my case.

Andy please stop your bitching and just focus and play.

Such a turn off! That's why I can't warm up to you.

Always bitching and whining about anything and everything, geez!!

Come on Andy...... I like Jo and he can show glimpses of brilliance but never for a full match against Andy.

goheat1975
I hope Murray loses in two sets and never come close to no1 not because I like Nole simply he didn't show nothing spectacular in order to be no1 he one Wimbledon and couple of 1000 and all of the sudden he is best???? Even he gets to be no1 it would be so short that no one will remember him as no1 5 years from now

leonmkelly
Come on, Murray! Let's get this in two quick sets. Reserve some energy for Paris!

Looking a good match with some quality play from both players but murray looking supreme

Andy is unplayable at the moment and won't be stopped until he is no.1. He will not miss this chance and will give it everything as always.
A great champion and person finally getting what he deserves.

Hmm evidently Kelly forgets who Murray beat to win his first two slam finals.

A lot of hatred for Andy when he does well and other people's favourite are dwindling. Sad bitterness for go heat and Kelly.
Soon to get worse for them..

And there is no hate in this comment just facts

goochy009
And the funny thing is. He may be number one but would he actually go into the Aus as favourite?

Matthew Morten
Youre kidding goheat?? The facts are hes in his 11th final. Which is 2 more then djok. Probably about to equal djok for titles this year (7). Including winning 52/55 matches since rome. Thats a worthy run to claim no.1

Kelly_15
I'd still take Nole's season over Murray's:

2 x Slams (thus completing the Career GS)
4 x Masters 1000s
1 x ATP250

@goheat you have got to have been watching the wrong player. Andy is spectacular and his wizardry of shot selection rivals even that of Roger. Change your specs mate!
