Monfils in straight sets!

As much as I like Gael. I think Pouille has actually more potential, he is a complete player.

Wow who thought monfils would have a chance to make it to the semis without facing either raonic or nadal!!

The Nadal curse is real.

Rafa curse combined with 3 five set matches Pouille cant win its over. Monfils is in the semi lock it in

I feel the same way, Josef. These players will play the matches of their lives against a top player only to lose to a lower ranked player in the next round. They have to learn to string a couple matches together after the performance of a lifetime.

May the best man win. I expect to see more of Lucas after that amazing performance against Nadal.

Lucas has to be really tired after one 4setter and three 5setters. Feel like Monfils has the edge here

A duel for the semis. Nice if Pouille could have a repeat performance of his gritty play against Rafa Nadal. Monfils is the elder statesman. Surely experience is on his side. But ya gotsa hear it for the boy.

The eyes of France are watching closely. They can't lose. But one of these two gents will. If Pouille brings the determination and never say die attitude he could advance. Doubt Monfils will make it easy. Hope it's close.
