Emma 🇬🇧, for the win, probably go to 3 sets as usual & then she can collect her, 1st ever WTA 125 title & trophy.🤞

If Emma played for Romania or China, Bryan, Judie, and Aladdin wouldn't give a toss. Pathetic.

There's nothing wrong with being patriotic, some people have their favourite football/cricket team, I also support many players who aren't British, so is that pathetic as well.

So @Tennis007, who do you support & why?
1
samiruffsankey
Isn’t that partly what sport is about @tennis007? Imagine if in tennis players and people didn’t do that, there would be no Fed cup or laver cup.

Snoopy 10
@Tennis007...what's even more pathetic is according to you Rafa takes steroids.
What is your basis for the accusation.

How pathetic is that?

And if 007 had a brain they might be dangerous.

Kumara...Emma likes playing 3 set matches, but you obviously don't follow her matches 😉😀😀

Hey, Kumara you've disappeared & deleted your posts, I wonder why😉

Can't believe this comment section is more active than Barty's Cincinnati win. The power of an overhyped teen from a country desperate for a tennis star

Snoopy 10
A bit similar to Gauff 😀😀

Both these girls are great players. Being a British or American tennis player comes with being bigged up by the media, still doesn’t take away from the fact they are still great players to get to where they are.

Coco went through qualifying at Wimbledon. Emma was just handed a wildcard

Love both. Clara for the title. Go girl! ❤

Emma for the win. A new star is born. 1st title of many.

007 - purely for conversation, what's your opinion on patriotism/nationalism in tennis?
