Yes Medvedev is the favorite here, but the feeling is that he'll be ousted this time.. Both Tsitsipas and Medvedev are ascending fast as tennis players atm. Medvedev's mindset is a big asset and will be extremely important in this match but I don't think it will be enough.

I think Tsistpias will be tired and emotionally drained from taking out Djokovic so Medvedev for the win, the players who take out the top guy do not tend to win the tournament

This is going to be one of the greater future rivalries. Tsitsipas has played the more impressive tournament, but I can't go against Med reaching his 6th consecutive final.
