It should be noted the women will take home the same payout as the men despite playing 2 out of 3 sets versus 3 out of 5 the men play, and drawing considerably less viewers/attendees. Same pay, without having to produce the same quantity, quality, or revenue generation.. This is what passes for today's "equality".
