Between July 2007 and October 2008, France placed up to 15 players in the World Top 100, a significant number that no other French generation has ever matched.
For 35 consecutive weeks, France had 15 players simultaneously ranked in the ATP Top 100. The peak of this period? The ranking of October 20, 2008, the latest at that time, featured just as many French representatives in the world elite.
Among these names? Richard Gasquet, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Gaël Monfils, Gilles Simon, Fabrice Santoro, and Paul-Henri Mathieu.
