Two matches from two different groups: The schedule for Sunday, November 9th at the ATP Finals
The schedule for the first day of the ATP Finals in Turin is now known. For the first time, the two singles matches scheduled on the same day will involve both groups.
The new edition of the ATP Finals in Turin is underway. After the draw, the schedule for Sunday, November 9th was revealed. In an unprecedented move, the two matches taking place will not concern just one single group, but indeed both pools, due to Novak Djokovic's (and Lorenzo Musetti's, if he manages to qualify) participation in the final of the ATP tournament in Athens this Saturday.
Therefore, in the Jimmy Connors Group, Carlos Alcaraz will kick off the action in the midday session against Alex De Minaur in Djokovic's group. Then in the evening session, a match counting for the Björn Borg Group will be on the program between Alexander Zverev and Ben Shelton.
The other two singles matches, which will pit Novak Djokovic (if he confirms his participation in the Masters) against Taylor Fritz and then Jannik Sinner against Lorenzo Musetti or Félix Auger-Aliassime, will take place on Monday, November 10th.
