Ten titles in Basel and one last feat in 2019: Federer, in his hometown, concluded his career at the tournament with an impeccable run, punctuated by a point that remains in the memories.

In Basel, his hometown, Roger Federer triumphed ten times. His last title dates back to 2019, at the age of 38. During this final participation, the Maestro delivered a perfect week, winning without dropping a set against Gojowczyk, Albot, Tsitsipas, and De Minaur.

In the second round against Albot, won 6-0, 6-3, Federer strung together a superb backhand passing shot on the run (see video below). At the time, without knowing it, the Swiss was playing his final moments in the tournament that saw him become a tennis legend.
