Against Alcaraz, Humbert takes to the court to win: "It's the kind of match I love to play".

Against Alcaraz, Humbert takes to the court to win: It's the kind of match I love to play.

Ugo Humbert reassures himself at Wimbledon. After a lack of results since Monte Carlo and his quarter-final loss to Casper Ruud, the Frenchman is gradually returning to his best in London.

Although he didn't shine, he held his nerve to reach the last 16 of the Grand Slam.

After a successful tournament, the world number 16 will now have to tackle a mountain on Sunday: Carlos Alcaraz, world number 3 and defending champion.

I had a chat with Tiafoe in the dressing room, who wasn't far from him. He told me that there were times when Alcaraz left a bit of room, when he missed a bit..."
