Alcaraz better than Djokovic, Federer, Nadal, Borg and Laver

By winning the 2024 edition of Wimbledon just one month after his victory at Roland Garros, Carlos Alcaraz has joined a select group of players who have achieved this feat in the Open Era.

Including the Spaniard, there are only six players in total to have achieved this feat. Novak Djokovic (2021), Roger Federer (2009), Rafael Nadal (2008, 2010), Björn Borg (1978, 1979, 1980) and Rod Laver (1969). Alcaraz did even better than his five predecessors, as no-one before him had achieved this feat before the age of 22.
