Carlos Alcaraz opened up about his mental balance and the very particular role played by his team's psychologist. A relationship he uses less and less.

While the tour is buzzing with questions about his handling of pressure, Carlos Alcaraz has offered a counterintuitive response. Asked about his relationship with Isabel Balaguer, the psychologist integrated into his team, the Spanish champion stated this:

"I speak with her less and less. It's a relationship where Juan Carlos Ferrero and Samuel López talk to her a lot to give her instructions so that she can then pass them on to me. But I mainly talk to her when I need to vent and speak to someone. Thank God, since Miami, I haven't had that need because everything has gone very well. On and off the court, I felt very good."

This overall feeling of stability since Miami has been illustrated by a progressive rise in form, as evidenced by his 8 titles won in 2025.
