At Wimbledon, 8 Tricolores will be trying to reach the main draw!
The French delegation has made a fine start to the English tournament. With the real action set to begin on Monday, there will be 8 men in with a chance of reaching the final draw at Wimbledon.
And it's not just Mpetshi Perricard, Gasquet and Gaston who have held their own brilliantly. Following in their illustrious compatriots' footsteps, Maxime Janvier, Hugo Grenier, Luca Van Assche, Lucas Pouille and Quentin Halys all put on a show to reach the final round.
While the number of French players to emerge from the qualifiers will inevitably be between 2 and 6, as there are two Franco-French duels, some seem to have the odds stacked in their favor, while others will be clear outsiders.
