ATP 250 Auckland: A Top 10 Player, Monfils Invited to Defend His Title

The Auckland tournament promises to be thrilling: Ben Shelton will lead the way, but the spotlight will be on Gaël Monfils, the defending champion, and Stan Wawrinka, prestigious invitees.

The ATP 250 in Auckland, taking place from January 12 to 17, has revealed the list of players who will participate in the event. The number 1 seed will be Ben Shelton, currently ranked 9th in the world.

Behind him are Casper Ruud, Jakub Mensik, and Luciano Darderi, among others. Although registered, Cameron Norrie, who is injured, is not expected to take part in the event.

Monfils, Defending Champion

Two wild cards have already been awarded: one to Stan Wawrinka and the other to Gaël Monfils, the defending champion, who will have a lot at stake during this week.

why did tennis tonic void predictions on the match between Chwalinska and Huergo at the Quito tournament? The match was played to completion and on time. If TT feels the match is one sided, and of course it was, then don't put it up for prediction. This is getting irritating.
