Australian Open 2025 men's draw entry list announced

The Australian Open (January 12-26) has unveiled its entry list. For the time being, all the players in the top 50 are present for the first Grand Slam of the year.

Pablo Carreno Busta, Nick Kyrgios, Reilly Opelka, Kei Nishikori, Jenson Brooksby and Dominic Stricker are the six players using their protected rankings. The tournament marks the comeback of Kyrgios, who has not played an official match since June 2023.

Brooksby is also back. The American had been absent from the tennis courts since the Australian Open 2023, when he was defeated by Tommy Paul in the 3rd round.

A wild card has already been announced, in the person of Samrej Kasidit, winner of the Asia-Pacific playoffs.
