Australian Open 2025 women's draw entry list unveiled

The Australian Open (January 12-26) has revealed its entry list. All the players in the top 50 are entered for the first Grand Slam of the year.

Belinda Bencic, Caty McNally, Julia Grabher, Jodie Burrage, Saisai Zheng and Danka Kovinic are the players entered with a protected ranking (Special Ranking).

Shuai Zhang is the tournament's first wildcard, having won the Asia-Pacific Playoffs, an annual tournament in which the winner receives a wildcard to the Australian Open.

Aryna Sabalenka will have to defend her title and the 2000 points she won in Melbourne, and will have her work cut out against the competition.
