BJK Cup 2025: The matchups for the semifinal between the United States and Great Britain are set!

The United States and Great Britain are preparing to face off in an exciting semifinal duel of the Billie Jean King Cup 2025. Who will secure their ticket to the final?

Following Italy's epic qualification at the expense of Ukraine the day before in the first semifinal, it's time for the encounter between the United States and Great Britain.

While the USA had to wait for the decisive doubles match to overcome Kazakhstan, the British, on the other hand, experienced no difficulty in defeating Japan, who were without Naomi Osaka for this Final 8.

Thus, just minutes before the start of the match, the lineups are now set. From 11 AM French time, Emma Navarro will face Sonay Kartal in a match between two players who already played the first singles match for their respective countries in the previous round.

Following that, Jessica Pegula will challenge Katie Boulter. In case of a tie, the pairs Hailey Baptiste/McCartney Kessler and Jodie Burrage/Francesca Jones have been selected, but last-minute changes are not excluded if there is a tie after the singles matches.
