Bordeaux Challenger: Three French Players Triumph, Evans Already Knocked Out

This Tuesday, the Bordeaux Challenger continued. Despite Richard Gasquet's withdrawal, several French players took to the courts. In the qualifying rounds, two French players secured their spots in the main draw.
Grégoire Barrère defeated Michael Geerts (6-4, 6-2) and will face Benjamin Hassan this Wednesday in his first-round match. Meanwhile, Calvin Hemery overcame his compatriot Geoffrey Blancaneaux (6-2, 6-4) and will face Aleksandar Kovacevic.

Notably, Stan Wawrinka, invited by the organizers, will begin his tournament this Tuesday evening against Billy Harris. If successful, the Swiss player would then secure a second-round clash against third seed Tallon Griekspoor, the world No. 35.
