De Minaur thanks girlfriend, Boulter: "Katie inspires me"

Alex De Minaur failed to kick off his first Masters appearance with a victory. Faced with the indestructible Jannik Sinner, the Australian couldn't find the solution to avoid another defeat by the world number 1 (6-3, 6-4).

Nevertheless, it's a safe bet that the world no. 8 can count on the unconditional support of his girlfriend, Katie Boulter (world no. 23).

Asked by Vogue magazine about his inspirations other than tennis, De Minaur spoke in particular about his sweetheart: "Katie inspires me. Some time ago, she helped me to get a different perspective on my life, to not base everything I do on results and to learn to appreciate the process and the work behind the scenes more."
