Djokovic Improvises as a Yoga Teacher in Qatar: An Unexpected Appearance That's Making a Buzz
The off-season is in full swing and it's obviously the opportunity to catch up with players around the world, whether on vacation or during public appearances.
Djokovic Guest of Honor at the Qatar Grand Prix
While the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Losail (Qatar) is taking place this weekend, Novak Djokovic made a stop in the Middle East to improvise as a yoga teacher.
The former world No. 1 performed some stretches and poses in front of about thirty people, including Alpine team driver Franco Colapinto.
Ambassador for Qatar Airways
Invited to react to this rather special session, Colapinto wrote the following message on his social media: "Thank you Novak for this lesson, I couldn't even keep up with the warm-up, I'm completely stiff."
Djokovic's presence at the Grand Prix track is no coincidence. The Serbian indeed became an ambassador for the airline Qatar Airways at the beginning of the year, which is sponsoring this weekend's race.
