Dan Evans makes his US Open debut on Tuesday, when he looks to create a stir against Karen Khachanov, ranked 22nd in the world.
Asked about the Jannik Sinner case in a press conference, the Briton was not soft on the anti-doping authorities.
Firmly criticizing the International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA): "I think it's an organization that's been created out of thin air and is somewhat amateurish, but it wears nice T-shirts and socializes with the players.
It's frustrating for the other players. I don't think they do much good for the sport, if I'm being completely honest.
They're dealing with guys who are 800th in the world for drugs and gambling... I think there's a bigger problem."
