Fils and Five Other French Players Entered in the ATP 250 Winston-Salem Tournament

From August 17 to 23, before the US Open, Winston-Salem will host its annual tournament in North Carolina. For the occasion, several players from the tour will wrap up their preparation for the American Major, and this will be the case for multiple French competitors.
So far, six are set to participate in this ATP 250 event: Arthur Fils, absent since Roland-Garros due to a stress fracture in his back, is expected to be the No. 1 seed.
The 21-year-old player, who is set to make his return at next week’s Toronto Masters 1000, will have another tournament under his belt before the US Open. Other French players announced for Winston-Salem include Alexandre Muller, Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard, Corentin Moutet, Arthur Rinderknech, and Benjamin Bonzi.
Among the other players expected to compete are Sebastian Korda, Alex Michelsen, Gabriel Diallo, Lorenzo Sonego, Nuno Borges, Sebastian Baez, Luciano Darderi, Roberto Bautista Agut, and Tomas Martin Etcheverry.
