Fonseca explains his victory against Humbert: "The pressure was greater on him"
Joao Fonseca once again delivered a remarkable performance to eliminate Ugo Humbert in the second round of Miami.
In a post-match interview, the Brazilian shared his thoughts: "When the crowd supports a player, they get more pumped up.
Today, I started the match very relaxed. I wasn't nervous. He was more nervous. The pressure was more on him. I served well.
I had good service games. I broke quickly (in the first set). He was a bit more nervous at the start.
I started to feel really good. That's what made the difference."
In the next round, Fonseca will face Alex de Minaur, a good test for him.
