Victorious in Basel, the Brazilian has achieved an impressive feat: winning titles on multiple surfaces in a single season, and doing so at just 19 years and 60 days old.
This figure shakes up the tennis record books, as he becomes the youngest South American in the Open Era to achieve this, erasing the record of Juan Martín del Potro, set in 2008 (19 years and 315 days).
For reference, the Argentine triumphed in Stuttgart and Washington in 2008, defeating Richard Gasquet (6-4, 7-5) and Troicki (6-3, 6-3) in the finals respectively.
