French Tennis Federation ordered to pay €850,000 to its former DTN, Nicolas Escudé
AFP announced this Monday the conviction of the French Tennis Federation (FFT) to pay €850,000 to its former national technical director (DTN), Nicolas Escudé.
A position stripped of its initial content
In office between 2021 and 2024, the Frenchman contested his dismissal, as part of the reorganization of the FFT in 2023, which had seen his responsibilities diminished in favor of Ivan Ljubicic and Paul-Henri Mathieu.
Escudé was on extended sick leave from the end of 2023, before being dismissed in July 2024.
